Formby Community Football Club are offering lifts to those who can’t get to Ainsdale for the COVID vaccination.
There will be one volunteer per household, they will drive you to Ainsdale, wait while you have the vaccination and then drive you back home free of charge. Please call the number on the flyer to book in.
Please remember to have a copy of your NHS number to hand for when you or a family member are called for the COVID jab. You can find your NHS number on any correspondence you have from the NHS including prescriptions or on the NHS app.
