As Chairman, and on behalf of Formby Parish Council, I would like to express our deepest sorrow on the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh.

As a mark of respect, during the period of Royal mourning, the Union Flag at the Library Flagpole and Memorial Garden flagpole will fly at half-mast.
