Carol has been a member of the Parish Council since May 2019 to represent Harington Ward. Carol is a Harington Ward Cllr for Sefton Council, vice chair for Sefton Governors Association, a retired City of Liverpool College Lecturer and is currently Company Secretary and Development Officer for a Registered Charity. Carol supports Green issues and the Local Environment and has supported Frack Free Formby and beach clean projects gaining charitable funds for the 2 minute beach clean boards at Lifeboat Road and Freshfield beaches in collaboration with the National Trust in Formby. Carol is a member of the Environment Group and advises the Parish Council on Rights of Way issues.
