Notice of Vacancy
- Notice is given that two casual vacancies exists in the office of Councillor for the Harington Ward of Formby Parish Council.
- A by-election will be held, if within 14 days (not counting a Saturday or Sunday, or a Bank Holiday) from the date below, ten electors for the said parish (or parish ward) give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
- The Address of the Returning Officer is :-
- The Returning Officer, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Electoral Services, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE electors@sefton.gov.uk
- If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
