All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Extra-Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Friday 8 May 2026 at 5pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

1. To receive Apologies and to approve apologies for absence for any Cllr who has submitted a valid reason.
2. To Receive Declarations of Interest
3. To adjourn the meeting for the Public Forum
4. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve the pre action letter to be sent to Sefton Council and the developer for the West Lane Site development.
   2. To approve a budget for Judicial Review regarding the West Lane site development.
5. The date of the next meeting is Monday 18 May 2026.
