All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 15 June 2026 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

4. Previous Minutes
   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 18 May 2026.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only
   1. To note the wording for the sign at Duke Street Park has been approved and the play equipment ordered. (Finance and Environment minutes refer)
   2. To note the Chindit Memorial project is proceeding, with approval from the landowner.
6. Chairman’s Report
7. Planning Applications – (available on Sefton Council’s website)
8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To discuss and make recommendations to Sefton Council Highways regarding traffic and parking near the beach.
   2. To discuss and approve the quotes for the restoration of the old village stocks and cross.
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
    • Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Group Meetings
    • Minutes of the Environment Group Meeting
