All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 16 February 2026 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 19 January 2026.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only

8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To receive a proposal to work in partnership with the Formby Civic Society to support the Formby Lifeboat 250^th anniversary commemoration.
   2. To approve a community fund application for the Formby Luncheon Club (Finance minutes refer)
   3. To discuss whether to take legal advice for a potential judicial review if Sefton Council determine the application for West Lane, without demonstrating a lawful multidisciplinary approach to determining Best Practicable Means (BPM) for piling applications.
   4. To approve funding for purchase and installation of new play equipment for Duke Street Park at £31,943.16 plus the cost of a plaque.
   5. To approve a community fund application for Formby Cricket, Hockey and Squash Club (Finance minutes refer)
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
