All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 17 February 2025 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 20 January 2025.

8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve the opening of an Instant Access Savings Account with Unity Trust Bank (Finance minutes and FPC minute 70.4 refer).
   2. To approve an earmarked reserve of £20,000 for a community centre project (Finance minutes and FPC minute 81.3 refer)
   3. To note the quote accepted of £2,983 plus vat for the review of the surface water and flood mitigation for the site of the proposed employment park (Finance minutes and FPC minute 80.5 refer).
   4. To determine and approve the proposals for VE Day 80 anniversary celebrations (Finance minutes refer)
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
