All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 17 June 2024 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve the grant application for £1,500 for the children’s cooking activity at Formby Festival
   2. To approve the Draft Heads of Terms for the renewal of the office lease.
   3. To note that the casual vacancies for Harington and Ravenmeols Wards have been advertised.
   4. To approve expenditure for the Pride of Formby event on Friday 4 October 2024
   5. To discuss and approve the quotes for the sign for the Platinum Jubilee Park
   6. To approve expenditure for the Christmas lights Switch on Event on Thursday 21 November 2024
   7. To approve expenditure for the refurbishment and relocation of the Viking Sculpture
