All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 18 November 2024 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 21 October 2024.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only
6. Chairman’s Report

8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve the revised Financial Regulations (Finance minutes refer.)
   2. To approve the community fund application from the Cricket and Squash Club for £1000 grant towards the cost of replacing the flood lighting with led lights- phase 1.
   3. To approve a grant to the Formby Food Bank (Finance minutes refer)
   4. To approve the opening of a second savings account (Finance minutes refer)
   5. To note the Local Government Services Pay Agreement for 2024-25.
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
    • Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Group Meeting
    • Minutes of the Environment Group Meeting
11. The date of the next meeting is Monday 20 January 2025.
