NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 

The Annual Parish Meeting for Formby will be held online via zoom link on Tuesday 4^th May 2021 at 7.00pm.

Local Government electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.

The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:

2. To receive the minutes of the last Parish Meeting held on 14^th May 2019
3. Public Participation
4. To receive the attendance list of Formby Parish Councillors for the previous year.
5. Close of Meeting.
