All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 11 December 2023 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

1. To receive Apologies and to approve apologies for absence for any Cllr who has submitted a valid reason.
2. To Receive Declarations of Interest
3. To adjourn the meeting for the Public Forum
4. Previous Minutes
   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 16 October 2023.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only
6. Chairman’s Report
7. Planning Applications – (available on Sefton Council’s website)
8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve a quote of £417.40 plus vat to replace the box hedge at the library garden.
   2. To approve a community fund grant of £2000 for a new awning for the Formby Bowling Club.
   3. To note that the Local Government services pay agreement has been settled for 2023-24.
   4. To note that the cost of new tree planting in February/March will be within the £10,000 budget approved.
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
    • Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Group Meeting
    • Minutes of the Environment Group Meeting
11. The date of the next meeting is Monday 22 January 2024.
