All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday 6 July 2021 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby (access via the rear garden gate).

1. To receive Apologies
   1. To resolve to approve apologies for absence for any Cllr unable to attend due to a Covid related reason, including those unable to attend for a face-to-face meeting.
2. To Receive Declarations of Interest
3. To adjourn the meeting for the Public Forum
4. Previous Minutes
   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 25 May 2021.
   2. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Extra Ordinary Meeting held on 2 July 2021
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meeting – for information only
6. Planning Applications – (Sefton’s weekly list email, also available on Sefton Council’s website)
   1. To note the situation in relation to:
      • Liverpool Road development site (noise/vibration/sewage station)
      • Illegal construction waste processing plant.
7. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve a donation of up to £5000 for the Radio City Cash for kids’ application for the purchase of bleed control kits and housing boxes for the Formby area, with the proviso that the locations are agreed with the Parish Council.
   2. To discuss the proposal for a lease agreement with Sefton Council for the Former Holy Trinity Playing Fields at Lonsdale Road and to approve a response to include a rough idea of what improvements or facilities/equipment could be provided to justify the lease.
   3. To note the cost of legal advice of £720 as per the Finance minutes of 16 June 2021.
   4. To note the cost of legal advice of £1000 as per the Finance minutes of 28 June 2021
   5. To note the situation in relation to the caravan site at Formby National Trust Victoria Road site
   6. To resolve that pursuant to section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960 it is resolved that, because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, the public and press leave the meeting during consideration of the tenders received for the Christmas lights display.
