All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 19 January 2026 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1. To receive the budget report and approve the budget for 2026-27 (Finance minutes refer)

   3. To approve the purchase of 2 sets of liners for the window box handing baskets (Environment minutes refer)
   4. To discuss a request to fund the CCTV maintenance for Duke Street Park
   5. To earmark £30,000 to add to the Community Centre project fund
