All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 16 March 2026 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1.  To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 16 February 2026.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only
   1. Minute 90.4 funding for purchase and installation of new play equipment at Duke Street Park and the noticeboard acknowledging the Parish Council contribution.
6. Chairman’s Report

8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve a community fund application for £672 to purchase playing cards for the visually impaired for the Formby Bridge Club
   2. To discuss a quote to replant the tree outside Waterfields and provide additional soil and bark chippings.
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
    • Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Group Meeting
    • Minutes of the Environment Group Meeting
