All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 21 July 2025 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

1. To receive Apologies and to approve apologies for absence for any Cllr who has submitted a valid reason.
2. To Receive Declarations of Interest

   1.  To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 16 June 2025
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only
6. Chairman’s Report
7. Planning Applications – (available on Sefton Council’s website)
8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To discuss the request from the tennis and sports club at Rosemary Lane to have an access gate into the park at Lonsdale Road for the purpose of retrieving tennis balls.
   2. To approve a grant of £1,000 for a laptop and funding for the holiday at home scheme run by the Formby Befriending Scheme
   3. To approve a grant of £1,500 for the family space after school club, run by Compassion Acts, for equipment and supplies and training for volunteers.
   4. To approve a budget of £5,000 for hampers for vulnerable families at Christmas.
   5. To approve an estimated cost of £1,300 net for the purchase of a Christmas Tree and £850 net for the dressing of the Christmas Tree.
   6. To approve the estimated cost for the removal of the catenary wire and the replacement electrical cabling in the streetlamps on the north side of Chapel Lane.
   7. To approve the estimated cost of a replacement for the imitation tree that sits on Chapel Lane roundabout
   8. To approve the estimated cost of purchasing spiral lights on the lighting columns.
9. To approve Payments.

11. The date of the next meeting is Monday 16 September 2025.
