All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday 1 February 2022 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1. To resolve to approve apologies for absence for any Cllr unable to attend who has submitted a valid reason for absence.

   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 4 January 2022.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only

8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To approve the budget for 2022/2023 as recommended by the Finance and General Purposes Group.
   2. To determine the precept for 2022/2023 as per the budget report
   3. To approve purchase of 2 window box style barrier baskets at an estimated cost of £500 to include liners and brackets
9. To approve Payments
