FORMBY AND LITTLE ALTCAR NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Decision Statement published pursuant to the Localism Act 2011, Section 38 (3A)(3B) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, and Regulations 19 and 20 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended)
On 10 October 2019 the Formby and Little Altcar Neighbourhood Plan was subject to a local referendum which returned a vote in favour of using the Formby and Little Altcar Neighbourhood Development Plan to decide planning applications within the Formby and Little Altcar Neighbourhood Area.
Upon declaration of this result the Formby and Little Altcar Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory development plan for the Borough of Sefton. This decision was ratified at Full Council at its meeting on 21 November 2019.
A copy of this notice is being sent to:
- The qualifying body, namely Formby and Little Altcar Parish Councils; and
- Any person who asked to be notified of the decision.
