Having saved this land from development, Formby Parish Council feel that the long-term future of the site at Lonsdale Rd is better secured by creating a formal park, rather than remaining as a field.
This has brought many new visitors as well as existing users to this green space.
Now Formby Parish Council is launching a consultation to find out what you like and dislike about this new public space.
What could be done to improve your park?
We are also asking for your help to draw up a framework of rules so everyone can enjoy this new space whilst respecting others.
