Notice is hereby given that on the 7″ June 2019, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council has entered into a Dedication Agreement.

The effect of the Agreement is to dedicate a section of St Luke’s Church Road, Formby, Merseyside as restricted byway.

The affect of dedication of the Restricted Byway is described in the Schedule below.

A copy of the Dedication Agreement and of the maps contained in it may be inspected free of charge at the Office of Highways Development and Design, 3” floor, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ from 9.00am. to 4.00pm. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Dedication and Map may be purchased.

Schedule

Commencing at its junction with Lifeboat Road and Bushby’s Lane at point A, O.S Grid Reference SD 328109,406586, the way is a tarmac path with grassed verges running in a southerly direction for a distance of 316 metres with a varying width of between 5.2 metres and 7.4 metres to point B, O.S Grid Reference SD 328154,406262, the way then continues in a southerly direction to an access control 9 metres south of the ways junction with Alexandra Road at point C, O.S Grid Reference SD 328156,406248 and then continues in a southerly direction for 4 metres to D, O.S Grid Reference SD

The way has a length of 335 metres.
