All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 20 October 2025 at 7pm at the Library, Duke Street, Formby.

   1. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 15 September 2025.
5. Matters of Report from Previous Meetings – for information only
6. Chairman’s Report
7. Planning Applications – (available on Sefton Council’s website)
8. To Discuss and Resolve the following:
   1. To discuss the request to write to Sefton Council regarding the process for representation at the Planning Committee.
   2. To approve a grant of £1,500 for Formby Library to expand their community gardening activities.
   3. To approve the purchase of two 3-tier planters for the area in front of Harington Road shops.
   4. To discuss a suggestion to purchase of a small gift for the elderly residents attending the Luncheon Club Christmas party.
   5. To discuss the closure of the Gild Hall and the lease opportunity for a community centre.
   6. To note that the casual vacancies for Harington Ward have been advertised.
9. To approve Payments.
10. To note the following Reports:
    • Minutes of the Finance and General Purposes Group Meeting
    • Minutes of the Environment Group Meeting
11. The date of the next meeting is Monday 17 November 2025.
